Aplikace procesního přístupu v systému managementu jakosti u výrobce stavebních hmot

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is concerned with the application of a process approach in the quality management system at a company producing construction materials – namely, VÁPENKA VITOUL s. r. o. The theoretical part concentrates on the term “process” and the issue of the process approach. In the practical part, an analysis of the existing process approach and individual processes is performed. Also, an explanation is provided why the maintenance process is crucial for smooth operation of the company and continuous production meeting clients’ requirements. Attention is paid to the maintenance process and potential risk analysis. The goal of the paper is to incorporate the machinery maintenance support process into the system of main processes and to update the process map subsequently.
