Abstract

The thesis is about hydraulic drive for quick shear. The first part focuses on cutting itself and then passes to the particular selected types of hydraulic shear. After this theoretical approach, the thesis is focused on solution of the hydraulic drive for quick shear. From these three solutions of hydraulic drive for quick shear is chosen the option, where the movement of the knife of quick shear is provided by two hydraulic cylinders with single piston rod through the hinge mechanism. The necessary technical and strength calculations are calculated with this solution. Because of these calculations are discovered what power will push the pistons when they cut, what will be the course of the pressure in the cylinders. Next, the necessary hydraulic calculations for the main hydraulic cylinders, for grippers and for cooling are calculated. The last are the strength calculations: check of buckling, threads and pins. Finally, the instructions for operation and maintenance of hydraulic quick shear are noted. In the annex of diploma thesis are a functional diagram of hydraulic quick shear, assembly of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic power unit.
