Abstract

The master thesis is dealing with the reconstruction of the production line which produces the rear chassis parts of the Hyundai Tucson. The first part deals with the terminology and the general theory that is related to the given topic. In the second part, we analyze the current situation, which will intruduce us with the given production line. The third part explains where we need to pay more attention. In the last but one part, the proposed innovation plans are depicted and their benefits or disadvantages that can be realized with their implementation are evaluated. The last part is dedicated to the evaluation of the selected optimization and its contribution to the company. The target of this diploma thesis is to ensure quality and achieve higher efficiency of the production line, which would mean an increase in the area of cost reduction.
