Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of a handling device, which will be placed as the last element in the system for pallet clearance from the warehouse. The device is intended to facilitate and speed up the work of pallet clearance. The device is designed according to the specifications from FAPROS cooperative company, in order to meet all the predetermined requirements. The device's task is to move a pallet with a load from a chain conveyor to the correct position on the hall floor, where the pallet will be removed by the operator using a manual pallet truck. The work also includes the design of the hydraulic connection of the device, the creation of a 3D model in Autodesk Inventor software, the creation of drawing documentation according to the agreement with the thesis supervisor, and proposals for drives and other components of the device supported by structural calculations.
