Racionalizace materiálového toku ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the rationalization of the material flow in the company Sungwoo Hitech s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current material flow for a specific part and propose improvements to increase the efficiency of production and logistics processes. The theoretical part describes the basics of logistics, lean manufacturing, and industrial engineering tools. The practical part includes ABC analysis, an analysis of the current state, and identification of bottlenecks. Two solutions are then proposed – relocation of selected equipment within the plant and transfer of the production line to the Slovak branch. Both proposals are evaluated in terms of benefits, costs, and return on investment. The results confirm significant economic and operational benefits from the proposed rationalization.
