Výroba vícevrstvého dílu metodou WAAM

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the production of a multi-layered part, a part of a Kaplan turbine, by the WAAM method. In the introduction of the thesis, the principles and characteristics of robotic welding are described. Types of robots and their advantages or disadvantages. Then the thesis describes the characteristics of additive manufacturing, its different preparation steps up to the metals that can be used for metallic materials. Based on this information, the practical part follows, which is fully devoted to the actual production of the multi-layered part. It starts with the preparation of the model, the generation of the G-code, its modification for the WAAM method. It proceeds to the creation of the program for the welding robot and the fabrication procedure. Finally, it continues with machining of the part and its destructive and non-destructive tests.
