Racionalizace technologie výroby vybraného dílce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací soustruženého dílce, správnou volbou řezných nástrojů, určení řezných podmínek a návrhem technologického postupu. Vytvořený NC program je dokumentován v příloze bakalářské práce. V závěru jsou spočítány náklady na výrobu požadovaného měsíčního množství a výpočet bodu zvratu, který určuje, od jakého minimálního množství vyráběných dílů firma produkuje zisk.. Stroje pro sériovou a hromadnou výrobu jsou popsány v teoretické části.

This bachelor thesis deals with the rationalization of lathed parts the correct choice of cutting tools, determine cutting conditions and the design of the technological process. Created NC program is documented in the annex of the bachelor thesis. In the end are the caltulated cost of producting the required monthly amount and calculation of the break-even point which determines what the minimum amount of manufactured parts company produces profit. Machinery for serial and mass production are described in the theoretical part.
