Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to measure customer satisfaction with the services of an information center in Uherské Hradiště. Satisfaction was measured on a quantitative research was carried out by a written inquiries on a sample of 100 respondents interviewed directly at the information center and 50 respondents interviewed in the city center. The gathered information was analyzed through the SPSS Statistics. Based on the results of the proposed changes and possible measures to increase the current level of customer satisfaction.
