Abstract
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to use situational analysis to identify the situation and find problems or risks that may occur in the business environment of a small construction company, to classify these problems or risks, to determine the extent of their possible impact on the company and to propose solutions to the most serious identified risks and problems.
