Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the education and development of employees in a selected mobile operator company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the current state of education and development of employees in the company and to propose improvements. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the theoretical starting points of employee education and development will be described. They will be here terms such as human capital, HR, human resource management and their tasks are explained. In the practical part, the selected company, its history, values and other activities are presented. Furthermore, in the practical part there is an analysis of the current system of education in society. Last but not least, the process of education in society is described here, which consists of four basic phases. A questionnaire survey and an interview with an employee is analyzes the current state of education and development of employees in the selected company. From the results of the questionnaire survey, recommendations for improvement were proposed.
