Návrh frézovacího přípravku pro výrobu lišt

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a milling jig for the production of mouldings, where shape grooves and holes are machined. The aim of the work is to design a fixture that ensures the required product quality, minimizes the risk of deformation of the mouldings, and at the same time reduces production times. The theoretical part focuses on selecting of the optimal machining machine and suitable material for the fixture. Additionally, the individual design concepts are described in detail. The practical part is dedicated to the actual production of the fixture, testing its accuracy, and calculating production costs. In the conclusion, a technoeconomic evaluation is conducted, and recommendations for implementing the fixture into the production process are provided.
