Optimalizace procesu výroby screenových rolet

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deals with optimization of production of screen roller blinds. In the first part there is theoretical information about production process and its improvement, economical production, 5S method and visualization. The second part focuses on an analysis of the actual aspects of screen roller blinds production and on its basis there are suggestions for solving certain problems which consist of three steps. The first step includes an implementation of 5S method. In the second step there is a visualization of a workshop. The last step focuses on a change of workspace at the workshop. This work contains calculations of purchased items and a growth of production capacity after the implementation of proposed solutions.
