Abstract

Název diplomové práce: Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců prostřednictvím personální agentury Autor diplomové práce: Bc. Zuzana Hadašová Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice výběru a získávání zaměstnanců prostřednictvím personální agentury. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je výhodné vyhledat pomoc a využít služby personálních agentur, získat přehled o požadavcích zaměstnavatelů na kandidáty, kteří hledají pracovní uplatnění prostřednictvím personálních agentur a o hlavních faktorech ovlivňujících úspěšnost či neúspěšnost uchazečů o zaměstnání. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. V teoretické části se čtenář seznámí s vymezením hlavních pojmů. Je přiblížen pojem výběr a získávání zaměstnanců nejdříve ze všeobecného hlediska, knižní výpomocí a později, nápomocí zákona o zaměstnanosti, aplikováno toto z menší části na úřady práce a ze široka na agentury práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na šetření prostřednictvím rozhovoru s jednatelkou personální agentury. Důraz je kladen na celou činnost personální agentury, její hlavní služby, úskalí, výhody pro klienty (firmy), pro uchazeče o registraci. Jsou objektivně zhodnoceny náklady a obraty agentury. S pomocí praktických a teoretických poznatků jsem následně vytvořila návrhy a opatření směřující ke zvýšení kvality celého procesu spolupráce personální agentury s klientskými firmami a uchazeči o registraci, které povedou k oboustranné spokojenosti.

Title of the thesis: Winning and Selection of Employees through the Personnel Agency Author of the thesis: Bc. Zuzana Hadašová The thesis deals with problems of selection and winning the employees through the personnel agency. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether it is appropriate to find help and to make use of personnel agencies, to gain a survey about employers’ requirements on applicants who are seeking a position through personnel agencies and about the main factors affecting successfulness or unsuccessfulness of job applicants. The thesis is divided into two basic parts. In the theoretical part the reader is acquainted with the main terms. The term selection and winning of employees is explained first from the general aspect, with the help of books and then with the help of the unemployment law. The practical part is focused on an inquiry through an interview with the agent of the personnel agency. The emphasis is put on the whole activity of the personnel agency, its main services, difficulty, advantages for clients (of the firm), and for job applicants. The expenses and turnovers are objectively evaluated. With the help of the theoretical and practical knowledge I made suggestions leading to the quality rise of the whole process of cooperation the personnel agency with cliental firms and job applicants which are going to lead to the mutual satisfaction.
