Rekonstrukce dvoustupňového přídavného převodu nákladního automobilu

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with reconstruction of two speed transfer case for heavy truck Tatra T158 Phoenix with gear ratio 0,61/1,15, The solution goal is to unify this transfer case with another standardly produced trasfer case with different gear ratio. In the preface of the master thesis there is a comparison of existing transfer case design and transfer case standardly produced. Based on comparison of transfer cases the design changes that leads to the unification of transfer cases are designed. After that the functionality of the suggested solution is verified by the strength calculations of rotating parts on both types of transfer cases. The output of this master thesis is drawing documentation of newly designed machine parts and an assembly drawing of the reconstructed transfer case with gear ratio 0,61/1,15. This drawing documentation and strength calculations of machine parts are attached.
