Abstract

This bachelor thesis is dealing with a proposal of a workplace with applied elements of lean manufacturing in a company Milkeffekt, s.r.o. The introduction consists of a brief, characteristics of the chosen topic followed by a visualization of the chosen company as well as a goal which should this bachelor thesis achieve. The theoretical part consists of general characteristics of the manufacturing, principles of the lean manufacturing and methodology of the dispozition of the workplaces. In the practical part, there is an analysis of the actual condition of the chosen workplace and the proposal of the solution of applicable changes that relates to it. The final part is focused on proposing changes in the chosen workplace with application of principles of the lean manufacturing, improvement of manufacturing and reduction of expenses on manufacturing.
