Abstract

The thesis is aimed on the process of training education and development in M.L.S Holice, spol. s.r.o. organization. The goal of the thesis is to reveal weaknesses in the area of training in M.L.S Holice, spol. s.r.o. organization and to suggest suitable improvements for more effective process. The theoretical part explains the historical development of staff training and development, describes training cycle and competences of employees. It also describes the way of evaluation of the training and the effect of training on labour productivity. The practical part is dealing with introduction of M.L.S. Holice, spol s.r.o. organization which is the subject of the analysis. The methods used in the thesis are analysis of data, intern documents and findings and subsequent induction. Thanks to these methods it has been possible to create real picture of the way staff training and development in M.L.S Holice, spol. s.r.o organization. The last chapter contains recommendations in the form of using intern lectors and e-learning methods. These recommendations could improve the current situation.
