Návrh centrické clony pro měření průtoku vzduchu na výtlaku kompresoru

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a centric orifice plate for measuring the air flow at the discharge of the piston compressor pipe. At the beginning, the type of compressor for which the centric orifice plate is designed and the measuring system elements, which are an integral part of the entire measuring system but are not part of the design and drawing documentation, are described. Descriptions of the compressor properties and their use in conventional operations. The following description characterizes the measuring device - the center aperture - describes its advantages and disadvantages. Part of this work is the calculations needed to determine the correct diameter of the center aperture, according to the required data. And finally, a description of the whole assembly in the attached drawings.
