Strategická analýza vybraného výrobního podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sestavením strategických analýz a popisem aktuální konkurenceschopnosti vybraného výrobního podniku s úmyslem posoudit současnou strategii, a pokud bude potřeba, na základě výsledků získaných ze SWOT analýzy navrhnout novou strategii, která by vedla k naplnění stanovených cílů a poslání vybraného výrobního podniku. V teoretické části jsou definované jednotlivé analýzy, které jsou obsahem této práce. Praktická část práce popisuje současnou situaci, ve které se podnik nachází, odhaluje nedostatky a navrhuje doporučení k jejich odstranění. Po vyhodnocení všech analýz bude pro výrobní podnik vytvořena nejvhodnější strategie.

This diploma thesis elaborates strategic analysis and the description of the current competitiveness of the selected manufacturing company with the intention of assessing the existing strategy and, if needed, based on the results of the SWOT analysis, to propose a new strategy that would lead to the achievement of the determined goals and the mission of the selected manufacturing company. Theoretical part defines particullar analyzes that are the content of this work. The practical part of the thesis describes the current situation of the company, reveals deficiencies and recommendations for their improvements. After evaluation of all the analyses, the most appropriate strategy will be created for the manufacturing company.
