Abstract

The master thesis describes municipal marketing communication. The goal of this thesis is making new or improving current communication tools of municipality Dolní Lutyně and comparing them with three other similar municipalities – Odry and Kravaře in the Czech republic and Randaberg in Norway. The issues of the municipal marketing communication are outlined in the theoretical part of this thesis. Practical part contains research which was conducted on the basis of a secondary data analysis, questionnaires and interviews. The gained data were analysed and the final suggestions and recommendations for the municipality Dolní Lutyně were created on their basis.
