Motivace zaměstnanců v nestabilním pracovním prostředí

Abstract

The topic of my diploma theses „Employee Motivation in Non-Stable Workplace Environmentas“ was processed in the company Black & Decker (Czech) s.r.o. In the theoretical part are defined the basic concepts that are related to issue of motivation and satisfaction of workers. Characteristics of the selected company is introduced in the following part. The forth chapter is devoted to the analyse of current stage of motivation in the company with the help of company documentation, discussions with employees, and experimental examination. Summary of collected results and suggested recommendation that will lead to an enhancement of employees satisfaction are stated in the final chapter.
