The aim of this thesis is to analyse and an evaluation of the process of recruitment and selection of the employees and to suggest solutions of how to upgrade or modify the existing system in the company engaged in manufacturing and trade of FMCG.

In conclusion of thesis I compare theoretic process to real experience in the company and I evaluate over-all effectiveness of the process. The solutions suggest for improvement of the process of recruitment and selection of the employees which is in the company now.
