Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on design and calculations of a mechanical arm for scanning device. The aim of the work was to design a mechanical arm, which is situated on test equipment, meeting the specified criteria. The introduction describes coefficients of contact ratio, method of creation footprints of gears, scanning device and support of scanning devices. Next the test equipment is described. The following is the design of variants and selection of one of them. The description of selected variant is mentioned next. Calculations are focused on strenght calculations of mechanical arm and its parts in critical positions. The work includes drawing documentation.
