Abstract

Disertation is departed in three parts. In the first part the municipality is defined in the independent and transferred force, municipality authorities and scope of work safety. In the next part the procedure is provided for the formation safety of study municipality. After than the elaboration of individual points follows. In the end I describe my findings from field investigation.
