| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první části je definována obec v samostatné a přenesené působnosti, orgány obce a oblasti bezpečnosti obce. V další části je stanoven postup při tvorbě Bezpečnostní studie obce. Následuje rozpracování jednotlivých bodů této studie. Závěrem popisuji své poznatky z průzkumu v terénu. | cs |
