Optimalizace sintračních parametrů výroby dílců technologií MIM s následným zpracováním technologií HIP

Abstract

This Master thesis deals with the optimization of sintering parameters in the production of parts by Metal Injection Moulding (MIM) with subsequent processing by Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical in nature and deals with the description of MIM technology, its principles, advantages and disadvantages. In this part is then discussed in detail the individual steps of the production process and then it is focuses on the HIP technology, its operation and areas of application. The second part is practical and focuses on the optimization of the process itself for the internally developed granulate. First, the experimental setup is described, then the individual steps are recorded. The practical part concludes with a summary of the results obtained.
