Abstract

This master’s thesis addresses the issue of non-conforming hose production at the engineering firm Valmon, spol. s.r.o. The theoretical section summarizes the basic necessary information regarding the production system, quality, and methods used to analyze the causes of non-conforming production. The practical section provides a description of the company, an analysis of the causes of non-conforming production, and, based on this analysis, proposals for measures to address individual shortcomings. At the end of this thesis, the individual measures are evaluated according to their benefits and economic impact.
