Měření spokojenosti se službami v obci

Abstract

The topic of my diploma thesis is Measuring contentment with services in the municipality. The aim of the work was to find out how inhabitants of the municipality of Ratíškovice are satisfied with services in the municipality. In concrete terms, I focused on grocer´s shops, since it has been examined that particularly food is bought more frequently in Hodonín. In the theoretical part I concentrate on the description of the municipality of Ratíškovice, and apart from other things, I try to describe services which can be found in the municipality of Ratíškovice. In concrete terms, the grocer´s shops are described here. Next, theoretical starting points of the definition, and features of services, the contentment of the customer, retail trade and marketing of the municipality are focused.On the basis of the results of this measuring the conclusions have been deduced, and appropriate measures suggested.
