SMED analýza na vybraném pracovišti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of the SMED method on CNC machines at Novogear spol. s.r.o. In the theoretical section, the principles of lean manufacturing and general procedures of its implementation are introduced. The practical section contains an analysis of the current state of the company, which concerns employees, products, key suppliers, customers and the duration of changeovers or grinder tooling exchanges. To resolve the problem, the SMED method was used. Based on measurements performed and their evaluation, causes of time losses were identified and three proposals for their elimination were processed.
