Abstract

The thesis is devoted to the analysis rewarding and motivation employees in the company. Specifically analyzes the rewarding and motivation of sales employees in the banking company. The analysis is performed by describing the current state of and questionnaire survey among workers. For the purpose of questioning were formulated hypotheses that were tested by using SPSS. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first section, theoretical and methodological issues. The second part is concerned with introduction of of the company and subsequently identifying, describing, evaluating survey of remuneration in the company and verifying hypotheses. In the third part, which are suggestions and recommendations and conclusions, summarizes the results of the analysis and are also described recommendations arising from the work.
