Konstrukční návrh soustruhu na obrábění dřevěných polotovarů

Abstract

This thesis deals with construction design of the lathe for wooden blanks machining. In the beginning, I would like to introduce the lathe for machining wood, a history of lathes, a teory of machining wood and research on the Czech market. Furthermore, the work includes structural design and analysis of the main components then design approach of individual parts of a lathe such as the construction of the headstock, tailstock , tool rest and copying equipment. In the Annex of this work is assembly drawing of the lathe, assembly drawing of the lathe with duplicating equipment and production drawings of selected parts.
