Racionalizace montážní linky

Abstract

The thesis deals with the rationalization of the assembly line that will be carried out by changing workplaces lay-out or using more suitable machinery. It's pointed out how difficult it is to supervise faults caused by human error. As the most effective way of rationalization seems to be a combination of workplace lay-out changing and more suitable machinery using. That would increase productivity, reduce cost per assembly line and also overhead costs. Furthermore, it would limit the risk of human error and so improve the quality of the final product.
