Abstract
The aim of my graduation these is estimation present position in education and development of employees. On the basis of analyse to propose some recommendations.
The main conception about education and development of employees are in the theoretical part. The fiding were my basis for working the analyse of education and development.
In the analyse I introduced the company, then I analysed the present position. Finally I proposed some recommendations to improvement.
