Optimalizace výrobních buněk FSCM za účelem úspory plochy a výrobního času

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the optimization of production cells FSCM in the company Vitesco technologies in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The goal is to merge the two cells, thus reducing the total area while reducing production time. The first part presents the theory and basic concepts, followed by an analysis of the current state. Then the problem and it is identification are determined. Based on the problem, a solution is proposed in which the lines are merged. The last part of the bachelor thesis is a summary of the issue and the benefits of work for the company.
