Strategická analýza firmy Listo, spol. s r. o.

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis, I focused on the area of strategic analysis in an existing company. Specifically, it was an external analysis. This analysis is of increasing importance, enabling the company to understand the many factors and thus succeed on a competitive market.

The goal of my thesis was to carry out an external strategic analysis with reference to the actual impact of financial crisis in the world. For my work I chose PEST analysis. It includes a detailed analysis of political, economic, social and technological influences.

In the theoretical part I analysed components of strategic analysis and what are the methods for external company analysis.

In the practical part, I presented my chosen company, its suppliers, competitors, production and services and it's partners. Furthermore, I analyzed and evaluated PEST factors using partial SWOT analysis.

In conclusion, I evaluated opportunities and threats using O-T analysis, resulting from the PEST analysis and proposed recommendations for the company and suggestions for improvement.
