Vzdělávání telefonních operátorů ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the system of education employees for the position of a telefon operator in the ATLAS software a.s. The thesis is divided into several main chapters. In the beginning is familiar with the issue. The theoretical part describes the methods and stages of education. There are explained basic terms of staff education. Another point is the practical part. Here is an interview with the manager, describes the current state of education in society, such an adaptation process, offer educational activities, etc. In addition, analysis of the survey, which is the main focus. Analysis of the questionnaires was using the data matrix and the observed data are presented in graphs and comments. In conclusion, based on the observed data suggests recommendations to improve the existing education system.
