Měření úniků stlačeného vzduchu a diagnostika pneumatických systémů

Abstract

V úvode bakalárskej práce sú zhrnuté najčastejšie príčiny energetických strát v moderných technických procesoch s dôrazom na neefektívnosť spôsobenú netesnosťami v systémoch stlačeného vzduchu. Ďalej sa práca venuje samotným možnostiam detekcie únikov stlačeného vzduchu a jednotlivým špecifikáciam vybraných prostriedkov a zariadení. V praktickej časti bakalárskej práce je pre vybrané prípady vykonaná detekcia a meranie únikov stlačeného vzduchu, za využitia detekčného spreja, ultrazvukového zariadenia a termokamery.

In the introduction of the bachelor thesis the most common causes of energy losses in modern technical processes are summarized with emphasis on inefficiencies caused by leaks in compressed air systems. Furthermore, the thesis discusses the actual possibilities of compressed air leakage detection and the individual specifications of the selected means and equipment. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, the detection and measurement of compressed air leaks is carried out for selected cases, using a detection spray, ultrasonic equipment and a thermal imaging camera.
