Sebehodnocení organizace s využitím EFQM Modelu Excelence

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with self-assessment acording to EFQM Excellence Model. There is a detailed description of EFQM in the first part of the thesis. This description contains strong and week properties of this method. There were chosen two appropriate method for self-assessment: questionnaire method and method „pro forma“. For proper apllication of these methods was neccesary to collect data, do analysis of evidence and do enumeration of strong and week aspects of examined organzation. Thera are results and proposals for improvement in the final part of thesis.
