Systémové testy funkcí automatické převodovky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí systémového testování funkcí automatické převodovky ZF 8HP a hodnocení kvality řazení na systémové úrovni. V práci je popsán vývojový model společnosti ZF Friedrichshafen AG. Následně je popsán testovaný systém automatické převodovky a zpracovaný proces systémového testovaní funkcí automatické převodovky. V práci jsou uvedeny reprezentativní příklady systémových testů funkcí automatické převodovky. V další části je vytvořena metodika hodnocení kvality řazení na systémové úrovni. Následuje ověření vytvořené metodiky hodnocení kvality řazení na systémové úrovni a uvedení příkladů ohodnocených řazení. V konečné části je vytvořená metodika zhodnocená a je uvedeno doporučení vztahující se k procesu hodnocení kvality řazení.

Master thesis deals with the area of system testing of the functions of the automatic transmission ZF 8HP and the assessment of the shifting quality at the system level. The thesis describes the development model of ZF Friedrichshafen AG. Then the tested system of automatic transmission is described, and the process of system function testing of the automatic transmission is described. Representative examples of system tests of automatic transmission functions are listed. In the next section, a methodology for the assessment of the shifting quality at system level is created. This is followed by a validation of the created methodology for assessment of the shift quality at the system level and giving examples of rated shifts. In the final section, the created methodology is evaluated, and recommendations related to the shift quality assessment process are presented.
