Vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců v době hospodářské recese

Abstract

The content of this essay is to consider education and development of employees in times of economy recession. In this essay different methods and trends of education of employees inside and outside their companies are described. Also different types of educational directions and some possibilities regarding how Europe deals with education of employees in times of economy crisis are considered. In the last paragraph recommendations are stated as to how to prepare for education and the development of employees with financial restrictions.
