Význam diagnostiky v systému řízení údržby

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with, nowadays indispensable, technical diagnostics of machine tools and its integration into the maintenance management system. In the first part of this thesis, the types of maintenance are described, its purpose and the maintenance management systems. Furthermore, follows up the most often used diagnostic method – vibration diagnostics. The second part of the thesis analyzes the computerized maintenance management system in the Koyo company and integration of diagnostics into this system. It also assesses the importance by monitoring trend in wear of work spindle bearing located in a strategic machine that was up to state equipment malfunction, and due to lack of integration of diagnostics. This bachelor thesis proposes a way of integration of diagnostics into this system and evaluates its future benefit.
