Návrh strategie pro malý podnik působící v oblasti elektroinstalací

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním návrhu strategie pro malý podnik EFG s. r. o., který působí v oblasti elektroinstalací v Olomouckém kraji. Cílem práce bylo na základě komplexní strategické analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí navrhnout strategické kroky pro budoucí směřování podniku. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy strategického řízení a charakterizovány analytické nástroje. V praktické části je po charakteristice vybrané společnosti provedena externí analýza, pro niž je využito metody PESTLE a Porterova modelu pěti sil. V rámci zhodnocení vnitřního potenciálu společnosti je užito metody VRIO a finanční analýzy. Dílčí výstupy jednotlivých analýz jsou syntetizovány v rámci metody SWOT, přičemž na základě matice TOWS bylo navrženo využití ofenzivní strategie SO. Navržená strategie je strukturována do čtyř sekcí a zaměřena na implementaci chytrých systémů řízení budov, digitalizaci vnitřních procesů, modernizaci online prezentace a zefektivnění péče o zaměstnance. Návrh respektuje zjištěnou vysokou finanční stabilitu podniku, kdy je schopen realizace pouze z vlastních zdrojů, a reflektuje aktuální technologické trendy v oboru.

The diploma thesis deals with the development of a strategy proposal for a small enterprise EFG s. r. o., which operates in the field of electrical installations in the Olomouc region. The aim of the work was to propose strategic steps for the future direction of the company based on a comprehensive strategic analysis of the external and internal environment. The theoretical part defines the key concepts of strategic management and characterizes the analytical tools. In the practical part, an external analysis is performed after the characteristics of the selected company, for which the PESTLE method and Porter's five forces model are used. The VRIO method and financial analysis are used to evaluate the internal potential of the company. Partial outputs of the individual analyses are synthesized within the SWOT method, while the use of the offensive SO strategy was proposed based on the TOWS matrix. The proposed strategy is structured into four sections and focuses on the implementation of smart building management systems, digitalization of internal processes, modernization of online presentation and streamlining of employee care. The proposal respects the established high financial stability of the company, when it is capable of implementation only from its own resources, and reflects current technological trends in the field.
