Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním zaměstnanců společnosti HAJDO, spol. s. r. o., Litovel. Cílem předkládané práce je, na základě analýzy stávající koncepce vzdělávání v organizaci, nalézt návrhy a doporučení k zefektivnění vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů v organizaci. Praktická část analyzuje na základě provedeného výzkumu stávající koncepci vzdělávání ve společnosti.

This master discusses deals with the education of the employees of HAJDO, spol. s. r. o., Litovel, company. On the basis of the analysis of the current educational conception in the organization, the thesis aims to focus on suggestions and recommendations that would improve the effectiveness of the education of the employees. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with human recourses management in the organization. The practical partclears up the aim of the research, the chosen methods and techniques of data collection.
