Abstract

The theme of this thesis was customer satisfaction measurement with sport clinic. The aim of marketing research was to determine customer satisfaction with different services at the clinic, determine client satisfaction and whether they plan to visit a clinic in the future or someone recommend a visit. Marketing research was conducted based on quantitative methods using personal interviews. Based on the results of the research were written proposals and recommendations.
