Porovnání leteckých dopravců v osobní letecké dopravě

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dealing with comparison of traditional and low cost airlines. In the introduction air carrier are divided according to definite criterion. The following part describes the history, main characters and important airlines of both classical and low cost airlines. The practical part focuses on the comparison of two selected airlines and includes advantages and disadvantages of these two selected airlines. In next part of the bachelor thesis is assemble questionnaire, which serve to compare the quality of the services in the passenger air transport. The result of this questionnaire are the main differences between traditional and low cost airlines in the areas of provided services, reliability and satisfaction
