Ocenění vybraného developerského projektu

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is valuation of selected developer project. Based on this valuation there will be a conclusion stated if the selected project’s realization is profitable for the developer or not. The thesis is divided into three basic chapters. The first chapter includes whole development process, here are defined basic terms and described criteria of investment decisions making divided into statical and dynamical ones. There are also stated methods of valuation of projects – method based on comparing, costs method and revenue method. Analysis of micro environment is presented in the second chapter including SWOT analysis and analysis of macro environment using selected indicators of economical development. The third chapter includes description of company, developer project and there is calculated valuation of the selected developer project using methods described in theoretical part. Based on the appraisals there are stated improvements in the end of this chapter.
