Studie zavedení TPM do Vítkovice Hammering a.s.

Abstract

Diploma thesis describes problematics of methods total product maintainance implementation in VÍTKOVICE HAMMERING a.s.. The primary objective of the thesis is imlementation of the proposal of TPM and increase of efficiency of the manufacturing equipment and maintainance. Teoretical part contains basic definitions of maintainance system and methods of total product maintainance. In the next chapter of this thesis I’m describing solution proposal which includes proposal of decreasing idling on particular manufacturing equipment by means of application of total product maintainance.
