Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the warehouse inventory analysis in the construction company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the terms of logistics, such as supply management,
inventory analysis procedure and warehouse layout are described. In the practical part, the thesis are focuses on the analysis of inventory management, using the ABC method. Based on above mentioned analyses the recommendations which should improve the present condition inventory management were formulated.
