Analýza skladových zásob ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza skladových zásob ve stavebním podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány pojmy z logistiky, jako řízení zásob, postup analýzy zásob a uspořádání skladu. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na analýzu skladových zásob, k provedení byla použita metoda ABC. Na základě výše uvedené analýzy byla formulována doporučení, které by měly vést ke zlepšení současného stavu řízení zásob.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the warehouse inventory analysis in the construction company. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the terms of logistics, such as supply management, inventory analysis procedure and warehouse layout are described. In the practical part, the thesis are focuses on the analysis of inventory management, using the ABC method. Based on above mentioned analyses the recommendations which should improve the present condition inventory management were formulated.
