Abstract
In this thesis deals with the design of the shape of the cavities dies for the production fork of leg in the company Taforge a.s. with using mathematical simulations on the Finite Element Method. Furthermore, the design of technological process components.
In the first part, information retrieval die forging. Design of components according to European standards for die forging. In a subsequent chapter by simulation verification and assessment of stress-strain states in forging components to crank press. Furthermore, the thesis describes the technological and design problems encountered in the manufacture of components and solutions. At the end of the evaluated data from the simulations were compared with the production. It made economic evaluation of the implementation of the forging production.
