Návrh strategie společnosti Linea Nivnice, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou strategického managementu. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodnou strategii pro společnost LINEA NIVNICE, a.s. Na základě teoretických poznatků je nejprve provedena strategická analýza podniku, pomocí které je charakterizováno vnitřní a vnější prostředí podniku. Je zde využito PEST analýzy, Porterovy analýzy pěti konkurenčních sil, Auditu zdrojů, Finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Z těchto analytických metod se dále odvíjí návrh nové strategie, který je zaměřen na export na polský trh. Vytvořenou strategií by podnik mohl zlepšit svou konkurenceschopnost a postavení na trhu.

Diploma thesis is dealing with the problems of strategic management. The main aim of the work is to propose a suitable strategy to the company LINEA NIVNICE, a.s. On the basic of the theoretical findings, there was made a strategic business analysis. Within the analysis internal and external environment of the company was characterised. There was used PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, Audit of resources, Financial analysis and SWOT analysis. From these analytical methods the proposal of a new strategy aimed at exporting to Poland was evolved. By the proposed strategy company could improve its competitiveness and market position.
